NOTICE OF DESTRUCTION
STUDENT TEMPORARY RECORD AND RIGHT TO COPY
All Graduates of the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School Class of 2018 and Class of 2019
In accordance with 603 CMR 23.06, the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District will destroy the temporary record of all students within seven (7) years of transfer, graduation, or withdrawal from the school system. The temporary record shall consist of all the information in the student record which is not contained in the transcript. Such information may include standardized test results, class rank (when applicable), extracurricular activities, and evaluations by teachers, counselors, and other school staff. Transcripts shall be retained by the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District for at least sixty (60) years.
The approximate date of destruction of the temporary record is 8/1/26. Students and parents can collect the original (and only) copy of the temporary record. Collecting this original copy of the temporary record constitutes the District's destruction of the record in accordance with 603 CMR 23.06(3).
Please notify the Southwick Regional School Guidance Office, 413-569-3011, by 8/1/26 should parents of the graduate of the Class of 2018 or Class of 2019 wish to receive the temporary record.
