Dear Families, 
Please read below for a few important announcements from the STGRSD District office.

School Committee Meeting
This week’s School Committee meeting is being rescheduled to Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. This change is so the meeting does not conflict with the previously scheduled Budget Hearing (see below). At the School Committee, Superintendent Willard will present information about the upcoming return to five day in-person learning. Transportation Changes Reminder
If your student has a change in transportation needs as a result of the five day in-person learning, you must complete a transportation form by Thursday, March 18, 2021. The transportation form is available to download from the District website. Go to Departments -> 20/21 Transportation Form.
Completed forms can be scanned/emailed to the transportation department: [email protected] or returned to the school office.

STGRSD Budget Hearing
On Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., there will be a Public Hearing through remote participation for the purpose of reviewing the proposed FY2022 Budget for the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District. All interested persons are welcome to join via Zoom Webinar. Members of the viewing public may submit questions related to the budget presentation via the Q&A featuring in zoom or by sending the question in an email with “Budget Hearing” in the subject line along with their full name and address during, the meeting. Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
The Special Education Parent Advisory Council will have a virtual meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 7-8 pm. On the agenda: IEP eligibility, the IEP document, and how best to monitor your child's progress. Families of Special Education students have been emailed a link to join. Contact the Special Education Department if you have questions.
