SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION FORM DEADLINE FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR IS JUNE 27, 2025*

Dear Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District families:

We hope that you are doing well as we approach the end of the school year.  Looking ahead, we are reaching out regarding transportation for next year.

If you completed the transportation form for school year 2024/2025 and you do not have a change of address, or do not have a change of pick-up or drop-off location from this past school year, you do not need to complete the form.

*Please submit a separate 2025/2026 transportation form for each student (click highlighted link below) ONLY IF you:

  • did NOT complete the transportation form this past school year; or
  • have a change of pick-up/drop-off location; or
  • have a change of address

Transportation Form School Year 2025/26     Note – Deadline to complete form is June 27, 2025.

Parents/guardians of Woodland School and Powder Mill School students must declare a standard 5-day pick-up and 5-day drop-off location that will remain in effect for the whole school year.  Students in grades K–6 are only allowed to ride their assigned bus.

Divorced/separated parents who both live within the boundaries of the school district and who have joint legal custody of their child(ren) are allowed to establish different pick-up and drop-off locations for their child(ren) throughout the week, provided the pickup and drop off locations are along an existing route to and from the student’s school.  The alternating drop-off and pick-up location must, however, remain constant throughout the school year and must be verified by a copy of the legal document indicating the joint custody.  A monthly calendar noting which residence the child will be at each day must also be supplied to the school office.

We look forward to serving your school transportation needs during the 2025-2026 school year.  Please note that no additions or changes to pick-up or drop-off locations will be made between August 15, 2025 and September 15, 2025.

Note: AM bus routes will be posted on the District and school websites by the week of August 25, 2025. Families will receive notification via email and text once the routes are posted.

If you have further questions, please contact the District’s transportation provider, LPVEC, at 413-789-3291 or via email: [email protected] or [email protected].

Sincerely,

Nick Bernier
