On behalf of the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District, we are pleased to welcome Erin Fahey Carrier as our next Superintendent. While her official start date will be July 2027, we are excited to begin this transition and look forward to the future under her leadership.

Erin has consistently demonstrated a collaborative, fair, and welcoming approach in every role she has served within our district. She is a thoughtful leader who values relationships, listens to diverse perspectives, and is committed to creating an environment where students, staff, families, and the community feel respected and supported.

In addition to her strong leadership skills, Erin has an exceptional ability to turn vision into action. Her proven track record of planning, organization, and successful execution gives us great confidence in her ability to guide the district through future opportunities and challenges while keeping student success at the center of every decision.

The School Committee is confident that Erin's dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence will continue to strengthen our schools and build upon the outstanding work already taking place throughout the district. We look forward to supporting her as she prepares to assume the role of Superintendent in July 2027 and are excited for the future of the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District under her leadership.
